At Daana Gifting, we take great care in creating and delivering your gifts. We want every order to arrive in perfect condition and bring joy to the recipient.

Change of Mind

Please note that due to the perishable and personalised nature of our gifting products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@daanagifting.com.au.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once reviewed, we will advise whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

Authorisation of Refunds

Refunds are not automatic and must be reviewed and authorised by our team. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
