Shipping within Australia Only

We currently ship all orders within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carrier & Delivery

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

  • A signature on delivery is required for every order.
  • If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will take the parcel to the nearest collection point. You will receive a card or tracking update with collection details.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Dispatch and delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are delivered or collected from the collection point.

Your Rights under Australian Law

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us at info@daanagifting.com.au as soon as possible. These rights cannot be excluded by this shipping policy.
